Woods Special Hinge Offset Disk Harrow

For use with tractors in the 144 – 298hp range


Features:

  • For deep plowing, and plowing after clearing.
  • Special reinforcement for woods site preparation and other severe applications. Includes strengthened gang carriers, drawbar, offset bar, stabilizer, latch, bearing standards and bearing brackets.
  • High gang carrier design to prevent trash build up and clogging.
  • Adjustable disk blade scrapers.
  • Equipped with Timken dual tapered roller bearings.
  • Up to 647lbs (294kg) of weight per disk blade depending on model with an average of 608lbs (276kg).
  • Up to 11” (279mm) maximum depth of penetration with standard 32” (813mm) diameter disk blades.

*Engine horsepowers are suggested ranges and vary according to soil conditions and weight added to harrow. Per ASAE S290.1 – Width of cut will vary with gang angle and disk blade diameter.
NOTE: This harrow requires hydraulic control. One rear tractor hydraulic circuit required for harrow operation.

Standard Equipment:

  • 32” (813mm) diameter x 1/2” (13mm) thick, cutout (notched) deep concavity disk blades.
  • Mechanical angling control.
  • Adjustable disk blade scrapers.
  • Heat treated alloy steel gang axles.
  • Heavy duty cast steel spacer spools.
  • Heavy duty bearing wear plates.
  • Hydraulic control group includes cylinders, hose holders, and hoses with fittings to reach rear of tractor.
  • Drawbar jack stand and safety chain.

Optional Equipment:

  • Cylinder rod stops.
  • Weight box.
